My band Basket Case just announced the release of our first bit of music, also my very first official release of music ever. Self-titled Basket Case EP (it was supposed to be an album but we had to cut one song so i suppose its an EP now). I have embedded the pre-save link into the album cover above.
Lo and behold, a lot of firsts in these last few days, as this is my first McBackpack blog post as well.
Being home for break has brought up so many emotions, I’ve done so many things I have been meaning to do throughout the school year that I just do not have the time for. It’s been awesome to release this music thats been sitting around for a few months, its been awesome to play a show with the band again, see all the faces I’d missed, eat all the foods, do all the things, drive all the places. It’s amazing how much you can miss things you never realized you could have missed before. I love seeing in peoples faces that they are just now realizing I had left.
